Why do women have a love-hate relationship with the milf selfie? There’s a time for the nasty and awkward self-portraits that we call “selfies,” but that’s not the only time to take them. In fact, you could be doing your girl a disservice if you don’t help her celebrate her birthday with a little practice.

MILF selfies are taking over the Internet as a unique and utterly necessary part of a woman’s birthday celebration. The results range from cute to innocent to downright creepy. And some of those aren’t even at all inappropriate. That’s what makes them so funny.

It is totally acceptable to show your Milf in a self-portrait when she’s happy. If she’s wearing a baby-doll dress, you can show her smiling, laughing, or generally enjoying herself. If you’re attending a special party, you can pose her in front of the crowd, in a compromising position, and then run the photo to her a few hours later.

Let’s face it – she’ll probably get giddy, or at least consider pulling down her pants, when she sees her secret shirtless selfie. And hey, who doesn’t love to see a cute guy? You can make her uncomfortable or embarrassing by asking her to put on a bra or suggestive lingerie. She’ll look less attractive and at the same time, show more skin.

Also, if you have a nice, natural facial expression, it makes Milf selfies fun and playful. Just make sure to use the same one every time. It is always better to be dramatic than dull.

If you’re at a party and want to try it out, just ask someone to take a picture of you from behind. Or, try this: buy a blank picture card and then paint it white. (It’s free, I promise.)

Then, have the friend take a photo of you from behind using their phone and then ask them to throw the card in front of a wall with a white background. They should be able to get the shot without you having to put anything on.

That’s a good idea. It can be really embarrassing, but it’s also easy to pull off. Then you can wait until the party is over and take another embarrassing selfie with a darker background.
